A new dining room for the kids of Free Birds Open Shelter Home for Boys. The renovation work happened in the month of March 2016 and the Cafeteria was inaugurated on 30th March 2016.

The dull looking dining room of Free Birds Open shelter for Boys was renovated in just 2 weeks with about 1.2 lakhs shared by 10 individuals. New PVC roof, seating arrangements, wall tiles, granite table tops, new doors, electrical rewiring, new fans & lights, crockery sets & interior decoration were done to give the room, a look & feel of a new generation cafeteria.
The ambience of Cafeteria was made totally child friendly with Colourful Crockery, Music, brand new clock, new doors for crockery shelf, new fans, new tables with granite top, PVC fabrication for ceiling, new mat and other interior decoration stuff. The entrance of Cafeteria was also made attractive.
The inauguration function at Free Birds happened on 30th March. Ms. Sheeba Mumtaz, District Child Protection Officer, inaugurated the Cafeteria and delivered the inaugural speech. Mr. Abdul Salam, the project director of AWH also spoke on the occasion. Ms. Zeenath of Punarjani Trust & Mr. Sulaiman P.O., Child Line Co-ordinator delivered Felicitation speech. Aneesh Krishna, the coordinator of Free Birds delivered Vote of Thanks.
After the inauguration function Kids had their first feast in cafeteria.
