A song to promote adoption of kids by visualizing the loneliness of an orphan kid

A very special project & something which Arm ofJoy has done for the first time since its launch in 2015.  A video song to create awareness among the public regarding the importance of adopting orphaned & abandoned kids, by visualizing the loneliness of an orphan kid. The song named ‘Sukrithamayi’ with a duration of less than 5 minutes was sung by the renowned playback singer Mridula Varier & composedby V.R. Ranjith who is a music teacher. The kid’s role was played by Indraneela. We had done this song with the support of a professional cameraman, editor, sound designers etc by spending around 1 lakh rupees. The budget for this was met with contributions of Rs.5000/- each made by 20 of our supporterslisted below during various occasions in the last one year. 

The project was in association with Women & Child Development department, Govt of Kerala. The song got released in the YouTube channel of Manorama Music on November 20, the Adoption day.
