Sound for Motivation

An event for the inmates of Special Sub Jail.
Sponsor : Suraj Vijayan (Dubai, UAE), Sreejith (Finland), Anil-Pavithra (Kochi, Kerala)

A sound system with Amplifier, Microphone & Mic stand for inmates of the Special Sub Jail, Kozhikode. This is to ensure that motivational & recreational sessions can be organized for the prisoners on a regular basis. The system was assembled by Mr. Hunais with the amount shared by Suraj Vijayan from Dubai, Sreejith from Finland & Anil-Pavithra from Kochi.

It was the sisters of Jesus Fraternity who contacted us requesting to arrange such a sound system for the Jail. An amplifier with various features was assembled. A microphone with a mic stand was also bought. A lunch was also arranged by Jail authorities.

The function started at 2pm with Welcome speech by Sri. T.K. Janardhanan, the assistant superintendent of Special Sub Jail. Presidential address was delivered by Sri. M.V. Raveendran, the Superintendent of Special Sub Jail. A motivational speech was delivered by Sri. A.J. Mathew, Special Officer of Jail Department.

Anoop G, the Managing Trustee of Arm of Joy explaining the background of this initiative and thanking the sponsors. Felicitation speech was delivered by by Sister Sujitha, Sister Eliyamma, Sister Livinia & Rekha Das.
