An event for the ladies of Short Stay Home on 19th Jan 2016.

One year subscription fee was paid for the DTH facility at Govt. Short Stay Home, Vellimaadukunnu. The home provides temporary shelter and rehabilitation for women who have no social support system due to broken families, mental strains, social ostracism and exploitation and the home operates on a very minimal budget. Arm of Joy paid one year’s subscription fee in lump sum, with the amount shared by Mr. Rajesh Nair from Coimbatore and it is going to be a big relief for them.

They were struggling to pay the monthly charge of Rs.200/- for the DTH facility there. They have a very meager allocation of Rs.800 per month for tea & snack expenditure and they were cutting short that budget to find this Rs.200/-.

The event ensured that the inmates get uninterrupted Airtel DTH facility for the next one year.
