A day for Amusement

An event for the kids of Pratheeksha Day Care Centre.

A one day trip to Flora Fantasia Amusement Park for the kids & their mothers of Pratheeksha Day Care Centre. ‘Pratheeksha’ is a unique project of Grama Panchayats in Malappuram District to take care of kids with special needs. The ‘Pratheeksha Day Care Centre’ at Karad looks after 9 kids from very poor background, when their parents work hard for the livelihood during day time. The trip was made possible by the money shared by Sanucha Shibu & Jitha.

A vehicle was arranged to take kids to the amusement park which is located at Valanchery, Malappuram. The kids were so excited & enjoyed the journey.

The management of Amusement park had offered some special packages in consideration of the children with special needs & their mothers.

Only a few rides were possible for the kids but they enjoyed whatever they had including dashing car experience. They had Lunch at the restaurant inside amusement park. The management had offered complimentary lunch for all kids.

They enjoyed a short movie inside the 4D Theatre and played a lot in the wave pool. They had ice-cream in the evening before they started the return journey by around 6pm.
