Stylish Locker Shelf

Gifting a stylish shelf with individual locker facility for each kid of Free Birds on the day of Bakrid. A valuable gift to celebrate the wedding of Arjun & Sruthi.

The shelf was manufactured as per order at Amritha Fabricators, Kunduparambu for a reasonable cost. Spray painting was done to make the shelf attractive and each locker was numbered. Once the Shelf was ready, it was carried to the boys’ home of Free Birds.

The function started with Cake cutting to celebrate the wedding of Arjun & Sruthi. Aneesh, the co-ordinator of Free Birds delivered a vote of thanks to the sponsor. The shelf was inaugurated by Sri. R.L. Baiju, Sub Judge, Kozhikode and he followed it up with an inspiring speech, about the importance of the concept of Bakrid. It was nice to see the relatives of the couple also joining in on this special occasion.

Divya, an Arm of Joy volunteer gifting an Emergency Lamp for the kids. Arjun started off the entertainment session with a beautiful light music. Many kids sang songs and performed stunning dance numbers. Sanucha, an Arm of Joy volunteer distributed snacks for all kids. Arjun’s mother Smt. A.G. Collector Sri. Prasanth IAS spoke with the kids over the phone of Sri. R.L. Baiju. The event got winded up with a wonderful dance by kids together with the volunteers of Arm of Joy.
