A much needed break for the ladies of Mahila Mandiram. A one day outing to Kakkayam, Janakikadu & Kappad. An event to celebrate the birthday of Achu mol and also with the amount shared by Bindu Salil, Jose Kurien, Veena Pradeep & Deepthi P Shajan on various occasions.

It turned out to be a wonderful time for the girls in the scorching heat of summer. The journey started from the compound of Social Justice department at Vellimadukunnu at 7am.

The girls first enjoyed the natural beauty of Kakkayam valley and also had Breakfast at the valley. They relaxed a lot at the valley and got into the bus again. The girls were dancing throughout the journey.

After lunch, they were taken to the lush green forest Janakikadu at Perambra. After two hours of fun in water they reached Kappad beach in the evening.
