Co-oridnating & celebrating the wedding of one girl of Mahila Mandiram. The Invitation card, Saree for the wedding reception, one churidar, one big suit case, cosmetics etc were being sponsored with the amount shared by Amitha from Qatar to celebrate her husband’s birthday meaningfully. Photography is also being arranged with the monetary support of Reena Rejinold from Kozhikode. The reception evening was made a memorable one for the girls with a DJ party by DJ Raju Asher. The decoration work at the wedding reception venue was done with the help of Serveall Sushaj and Deepa Pavithran of Zain beauty studio did bridal makeup. A brand new smart phone was bought for the girl with the amount shared by Sherine Elizabeth. The transportation on the wedding day for the girl & lot more and lot more arrangements were also done.
150 copies of wedding invitation card were printed. The girl was taken to city one day and the purchase of wedding reception saree, wedding suitcase, cosmetics & lots more were done.
The DJ party made the evening a memorable one for all the girls of various Govt shelter homes in Vellimadukunnu.
The bridal makeup on the wedding day, free of cost by Feminine Beauty Parlour, Chelavoor. Arm of Joy also took the responsibility of the girl’s journey to Vadakara for the wedding. A bus was also arranged to take all the inmates & staff of Mahila Mandiram & other homes to the venue of wedding.
140. Hospital Cot & Air Bed
An event for the inmates of Poor Home on 28th May 2016.

Gifting a hospital type cot which can be used for the bed ridden inmates of Poor Home. The cot has facilities like side rails, adjustable head side which can be raised etc. It was purchased with the amount shared by Sri. Praveen from Kozhikode & Smt. Beena from Melbourne. An air bed & air pump were also gifted by Sri. Shameer of Metro Hospital, Kozhikode.
The bed was purchased for a discounted price with the help of Shameer of Metro Hospital. Assembling of the hospital type cot was done at Poor Home itself. The facilities of the cot were also explained in detail to the caretakers of the home.
