Vishu in Houseboat

An event for the girls of a shelter Home.

It was the 125th event of Arm of Joy. A very special Vishu celebration for the girls of shelter home.

We offered a memorable house boat experience in Koyilandy and a mini bus has been arranged for taking them there. A three hour hour boating for the girls & Vishusadhya was served in the house boat. The girls were also taken to Kappad beach in the evening. The outing was to celebrate the birthday of Manav mon from Kozhikode, who turned two on the previous day. Vishusadya was offered by Asish from Bangalore.

The bus reached Koyilandy by around 12 noon and the girls walked to the boat house. They entered the house boat and slowly moved to the middle of river. Vishusadya was served inside the boat and then there was an Entertainment session.

Girls had loads of fun in the evening at Kappad beach. It was such a joyful Vishu for the girls.
