An event for the inmates of DD Home.
Sponsor : Students of Start Right School (Kozhikode, Kerala)

For the last 3 years, the Start Right School at Govindapuram had been organizing a fair as part of value education and the fund raised by the kids is being utilized through Arm of Joy to spread happiness in old age homes & orphanages. This time they shared an amount of Rs.20,000/- for doing an event.

We had earlier given plastic containers to the inmates of DD Home, Chevayur for keeping groceries and other items, they had requested to provide a rack to place those containers. Today we handed over 19 such racks to all the inmates of DD Home with the amount raised by the kids of Start Right school. The balance amount has been handed over to arrange some facilities for the boys of Free Birds to play in the backyard of their home.

All the 3rd & 4th standard kids from Start Right school visited both the orphanage & old age home today to interact with the inmates and also to hand over the money raised with their wonderful effort.
