Super School Bags

An event for the kids of Ekalavya Vidhyarthi Nikethan.

We distributed good quality school bags for all the 20 kids of Ekalavya Vidhyarthi Nikethan, the rehabilitation centre for children from very poor background in tribal areas.

The bags were purchased with the amount shared by an Italian granny named Maria on the occasion of her 92nd birthday. She is currently residing in Melbourne and came to know about Arm of Joy through her neighbour Jayesh who is a supporter of our activities. He also put a share along with granny's contribution and transferred the money to us. The kids were so delighted when they heard the story of their new bags.
