Shade of Harmony

An event for inmates of DD Home.

A small space called ‘Shade of Harmony’ at Leprosy home, Chevayur was set up for the benefit of the inmates of DD Home. There is a mosque & a temple in this compound, as the inmates who are disabled cannot easily move out from here. When people from outside come here for distributing food & other essentials for the inmates, they use to gather in the courtyard of the mosque for collecting it. They had tied a tarpolin sheet here to make sure that they can gather here even in the scorching heat or heavy rains.

Now we have done industrial work here by fixing two poles & roofing is done with trafford sheets, so that the inmates can come here anytime for collecting things from people.

The work is done with the amount shared by Harikumar from Trivandrum, in the loving memory of his parents Krishnapilla & Radhamma, on the occasion of their death anniversaries.
